We complain when it’s hot yet we also complain when it rains.
Just what exactly we wanted?
Well I guess there’s really a part in us that wants to be God.
We want to create a weather of our choice.
We want everything around us to be favorable to us.
Don’t we ever think that whenever we complain about rain somewhere someone badly needed the rain?
I guess if not out of selfishness it is our lack of tact that we verbally complain easily to circumstances that are not favorable to us or even to circumstances that doesn’t even affect us.
But aren’t we suppose to bite our tongue?
Complaining about the rain is a direct complaint to God.
We may not intend it but it is what it is.
We make it look like God is not in control.
Or worst we make it look like God is cruel for sending the rain since you didn’t bring an umbrella.
We are telling God He is wrong for sending the rain.
As if it could only be right if you’re indoor.
And if we got soaked in the rain we tend to think God is against us.
How clever for us to be thinking this way.
Did we really think we could do better than God?
Who dare say God is not fair?
And who are we to throw complaints to God?
If you love God all you could ever do is thank Him in the middle of the rain or in the heat of the sun.
And if you fear Him you would be very careful with what comes out of your mouth.
