Speaking Without Words

lost voice please help

Dear readers:

These are some thoughts I share with you to inspire those who get laryngitis. You can speak the language of caring without words. Please keep me in yout thoughts as I deal with having a flu that has become a respiratory bug and laryngitis. I really feel for those who get sick. It’s really rough. Don’t hesitate to ask for help. People may just be looking for the opportunity to say, “I care.”

For those who cannot talk when laryngitis strikes
You have a language that needs no words
It’s your voice of love from the heart
Love that gives
Love that hopes
Love that uplifts
Love that inspires
Love that hears silent suffering
So when words you cannot say
You can show others their new day
By hearing their heart
Listening to their life
Walking with them through their storm
Touching each life with your smile
Saying by your actions you are there
Saying with your heart, “I care.”
