Spark from afar

What do I like most about spending time with my nephews and nieces? It’s the purity of their smiles and the innocence of their laughter. It is so addictive that I just can’t get enough. Every sparkle of their eyes speaks to the deepest part of my heart that “yes, all is just well”.

They make mistakes, they cry and get corrected BUT a simple hug or a kiss could easily cradle them. They don’t measure their worth with the mistakes they make. They don’t hold grudges. They don’t dwell with their flaws; they just move on. The nods of their parents could swiftly bring them back to the dance floor; in a little while they would again swing their skirts, take their own moments and you would just find yourself smiling at them once again.
