GUARD YOUR THOUGHTS

Dropping these random words as a reminder🙂

Romans 12:1

Present your bodies as a living sacrifice (the mercies of God which are renewed every morning will help you, if you will)

Romans 12:2
Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind

The Bible says: “As a man thinketh, so is he”
not as a man sayeth, or claimeth, or even doeth 🙂

You are your thoughts. What you think is what you are. Would you be comfortable if your thoughts are displayed on a giant screen?

In 2nd Corinthians 10:4-5 – The Bible talks about our weapons not being carnal, but mighty in God for the pulling down of strongholds, casting down of arguments, destroying speculations and every lofty thing raised up against the knowledge of God, and we are taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ.

The strongholds are not demons, devils and etc. we often use this scripture for. The strongholds are arguments, knowledge, thoughts, every high thing which position themselves against the knowledge of our God.

And the key is this: GUARD YOUR THOUGHTS

Question: How?
Answer: Philippians 4:8

Phil 4:8 – Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, think about/dwell/ meditate/ ponder on these things.

The mercies of God are renewed for you as you take every thought captive to the obedience of God, and as you transform your mind by renewing it through meditating on whatever is pure and true and noble and etc.

Shalom🙏🏾
